Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 90 days of the delivery date. To qualify:

• Wait for Instructions: We will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not send an item back until your return request has been approved.

• Return the Item: Once approved, you may return the item using a trackable and insured shipping method. A valid tracking number is required.

• Return Method: Returns may be completed by mail to our designated return location or through an approved drop-off location.

Return Shipping Costs

• For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping costs at no charge to you and provide a prepaid return label.

• For change-of-mind or buyer's-remorse returns, we provide a free prepaid return label for all approved returns.

• After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive a full refund with no restocking fees. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
