We process all orders within 1 business day, Monday through Friday.

Delivery Details

Handling Time: 1 business day, Monday through Friday
Transit Time: 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, for small and medium-sized items
Order Cut-off Time: 11:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)

Oversized & Freight Items

Some larger products, such as sheds, gazebos, riding lawn mowers, and generators, may need to be shipped by a freight carrier. These orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Warehouse Location

All orders ship directly from our warehouse in Blythewood, South Carolina, United States.

Multiple Addresses

We do not support multiple shipping addresses within a single order. To ship products to multiple destinations, please place a separate order for each address.

Order Status & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing its tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If your order has not arrived within 7 days of its expected delivery date, email us at contact@urdevgo.com with your name and order number.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery for products that are new or in like-new condition and remain in their original condition and packaging.

If your product arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
